    Legacy Research Group is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Project Manager to assist in the planning and execution of all marketing related tasks. You will work in a fast-paced environment with the marketing team, learning how to stay months in front of the company, ensuring our long term success.  

    Responsibilities

    • Manage a variety of projects with varying lead times and deliverable schedules
    • Work with numerous stakeholders to ensure project arrives on time and complete
    • Organize all material in our cloud-based system for easy access months and even years after project completes
    • Simultaneously work on small projects with a few days lead time to major projects with 2 to 4 months lead time
    • Ability to work alone and manage your own day and tasks based on priority with minimal oversight and assistance
    • The ability to understand the big picture while knowing the details and learning the nuances between every project either in timing or deliverables required

     

    Qualifications

    • Strong analytic skills and ability to relate results to business objectives
    • Highly organized and efficient while working within a set of guidelines
    • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail required
    • Ability to multitask and learn new things rapidly
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • SalesForce and JIRA experience a plus
