This Editorial role will be intense – you’ll try new things, learn from best practices, hire talented employees and have to be a “utility player” during the earliest stages of a business’ development to ensure a smooth growth from startup to stable business.
Make no mistake, our goals are aggressive.
The ideal Editorial Manager candidate will be based in Baltimore and while this is a startup role which requires wearing many hates, the goal is that this role will be a springboard to an Editor-in-Chief role in one of the affliates. To that end, we are seeking a hardworking, versatile and particulary entrepreneurial team player.
