    S&A Holdings is hiring an experienced, well-rounded and particularly hard-working Marketing Expert to help develop and expand two recently launched sub-affiliates (Empire Financial Research and Altimetry). 

     

    This Lead Marketing role will be intense – you’ll try new things, learn from best practices, vet and hire talented employees and act as a “utility player” during the earliest stages of a business’ development to ensure a smooth growth from startup to stable business.

     

    That means you will be asked to do things that you may not have done before or you don’t necessarily have the training for but may need to figure out anyway to move the new business forward.

    Make no mistake, our goals are aggressive. 

     

    To that end, we are seeking a hardworking, versatile and particularly entrepreneurial marketing expert.

    The ideal candidate will be based in Baltimore and while this is a startup role which requires wearing many hats, the goal is that this role will be a springboard to a Head Marketing role in one of the affiliates.

    Responsibilities

    • Plan and execute Salesforce campaigns
    • Monitor and ensure dedicated emails are going out and successfully reaching prospects
    • Buy media directly through various media channels
    • Manage external media partners and develop relationships with key referral companies
    • Write marketing copy including ads, advertorials, funnel assets, and other web content as needed
    • Plan and execute potentially multiple internal marketing calendars
    • Work collaboratively with other marketers and media buyers to meet customer acquisitions goals to drive revenue for the business
    • Analyze results and provide recommendations on how to optimize & scale external marketing campaigns

    Qualifications

    • 5 years of marketing experience is required along with a track record of success and top tier performance
    • Must have reputation for getting things done
    • Known for developing ideas with big potential
    • Keen sense of curiosity and commitment to idea generation
    • Solid understanding of the digital advertising space
    • Goal driven with a focus on analytics and data
    • Familiar with campaign KPIs – CTRs, CPA, CPM, CPC, etc.
    • Experience managing self-serve advertising campaigns (Yahoo, Outbrain, Taboola, RevContent, Dianomi, Google AdWords, Facebook)
    • Experience running and managing lead gen campaigns is a plus
    • Experience with HTML and web design programs is strongly preferred
    • Exceptional verbal, written and communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills
    • Must be proactive in getting projects started and following them to completion
    • Have an entrepreneurial spirt and able to work well with little supervision
    • Sales oriented, ability to tap into what sells to our customer base
    • Ability to multitask, handling multiple projects at one time
    • Deadline driven and able to work well under pressure
