    Legacy Research Group is seeking a Digital Production Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with content for digital (web and email) and print as well as supporting the company with daily tasks as assigned. You will be joining a dedicated team of web professionals in supporting the messaging for a high user base.

     

    Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, high work ethic and meet deadlines. ​ This position requires good communication, the ability to multi-task and interpersonal skills. ​

     

    An understanding of HTML, CSS and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus or an interest/willingness to learn is a must. Candidate will be exposed to Web Development, Web Design, Print Production, web and email best practices and many other procedures in the print and digital space.  

    Responsibilities

    • Handle between 10-15 HTML/print production requests a day.
    • Ability to convert content from a Word Doc into predefined HTML templates.
    • Ability to convert content from a Word Doc into predefined InDesign templates.
    • Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite and Web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer).
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Able to self-check work and troubleshoot any issues.
    • Ability to collaborate closely with team members.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree is desired.
    • Working experience or willingness to learn HTML, CSS, Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Previous experience with Digital/Print Production.
    • Previous experience with Exact Target is a plus (will train).
    • Must be organized, detail oriented, a fast learner and a good communicator.
