    The Executive Assistant will juggle multiple tasks and expertly perform diverse administrative duties requiring discretion, initiative, confidence, and flawless execution. The Executive Assistant will support the CEO of S&A Holdings as well as other executives within Holdings and affiliate businesses.


    This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys a high energy, fast paced results-driven environment, excels at interfacing with executives in different functional areas and is motivated by successfully managing logistics and details.


    • Juggle support and tasks for multiple execs in a vibrantly busy office with growing businesses.
    • Manage the CEO’s calendar and appointments and act as a firm gatekeeper in that regard.
    • Assist in the setting up of various meetings and associated logistics including catering, guest travel, hotel bookings, and other accommodations.
    • Provide administrative support for the CEO and other execs as directed to include document preparation, expense reports, invoice review, and other tasks requiring discretion and tact.
    • Coordinate travel and logistics for executive leaders.
    • Interact with internal and external contacts in a way that represents the company in a positive light.
    • Manage the incoming/outgoing mail and packages, notifying addressees as necessary.
    • Work closely with 14 West/Agora to coordinate building and facilities requests.
    • Partner with Human Resources regarding certain building or other types of emergencies, sending communications as necessary.
    • Handle event coordination and logistics on an ad hoc basis.
    • Assist with special projects and assignments as requested.



    • 3+ years of administrative experience supporting C-level executives
    • Bachelor’s Degree a plus

    • Strong PC skills (proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
    • Basic understanding of accounting for invoice processing.
