Baltimore-based Stansberry Research is looking for an outgoing and empathetic Member Services Associate to join a team of talented, passionate employees dedicated to serving and delivering world-class support to our subscribers.
Associates will be charged with maximizing member experience by primarily taking inbound calls. This includes providing assistance navigating our website, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing account overview and maintenance, educating subscribers on current promotions, and Stansberry Research publications.
Your main goal is to resolve a customer's problem in "one touch." Therefore, you will be asked to anticipate and/or take proactive measures (based on your continued education of Stansberry Research products) to offer alternative solutions.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to sell additional subscriptions or offer alternative subscriptions during the conversations you have throughout the day. Sales experience is not required, but is good experience to have for this role.
Stansberry Research emphasizes product knowledge to encourage customers to consider additional services as a part of our value-added approach.
